Duties and Responsibilities
Qube Visual, the Rocky Mountain region’s most complete signage and graphic company, is searching for Sales Coordinator to develop business opportunities in Colorado. We are looking for experienced, self-motivated, and aggressive professional to support our Account Managers through process and information management. The candidate must be a self-starter, energetic, enthusiastic with a passion for success and excellent sales skills.
• Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential customers
• Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
• Communicating with internal departments for status of order and position of sales.
• Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer.
• Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales.
• Promoting the facilities of the organization to fresh and existing customers through a proactive approach.
Skills and Specifications
• Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills.
• Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good liaison with all other department members.
