Customer Service Representative

Qube Visual, the Rocky Mountain region’s most complete signage and graphic company, is searching for Customer Service Representative to develop business opportunities in Colorado. We are looking for experienced, self-motivated, and aggressive professional to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. The candidate must be a self-starter, energetic, enthusiastic with a passion for success and excellent sales skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Work directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face

• Manage customers projects form order to delivery and communicate and coordinate with internal departments

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

• Manage existing customer base, build relationships to maximize revenue

• Ability to identify customer needs proactively and have a sense of ownership and care when handling those requests

• Ability to multitask numerous assignments in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work independently yet as a team player, dependable, honest and self-motivated

• Able to be flexible and adaptable to changes when necessary to accommodate changes in industry and company direction
